Early Life of Robert Ludlum
Robert Ludlum was born on May 27, 1927, in New York City, USA. After completing his bachelor’s degree in drama from Wesleyan University, Middletown, he joined the alpha delta phi fraternity.Â
He worked as a theatre artist for many years. Besides this, he was a producer and acted in many TV series as an actor. After performing excellence in the field of acting, he wanted to change his career, so he thought about writing, and his work came out at the age of 44.
In 1970, Robert Ludlum got married to actress Mary Ryducha whom he met during his college days.
He died of a heart attack on March 12, 2001; at that time, he was recovering from fire outburst burns. After his death, the legacy of his writing continues as the family has permitted eight authors to write under the Ludlum brand.
