J.K. Rowling Career
She started her career at Amnesty International as a bilingual secretary in London and later on moved to Manchester and joined the Chamber of Commerce. However, her passion for writing never stopped and one day while traveling from Manchester to London, she wrote a story of a boy who went to wizard school. But after her mother’s death, she was broken out and even her writing was hampered.
Leaving the story at a halt, she moved to Porto, Portugal to join The Guardian as an English Teacher. She was doing the night shift job to focus on the story in the daytime. It was her bad luck for getting rejected her two manuscripts that is Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone respectively by 12 publishing houses. But the good news is, finally a published Bloomsbury, London accepter her manuscript.

In Portugal, she meets Jorge Arantes, a TV journalist, and later on, gets married on 16 October 1992. After a year, she was gifted with a baby girl and named her Jessica Isabel Rowling Arantes. Joanne’s marriage life was not happy as she was a victim of domestic violence that results in a divorce. Thereafter, she moved with her daughter to Edinburgh, Scotland to her sister’s home.
In 2001, Joanne Rowling married Neil Murray, a doctor, and was blessed with a son named him David Gordon Rowling Murray.

More on how Lord Voldemort came to be as well as Griffondoor and Slitheron and Ravenclaw and last but not least Huffinpuff. Sorry about spelling I am the worst.
